Student Homework Diary
All students have access to an online homework diary in 2018. You can access the diary using the link on this page. You need to sign in using your School Google account. Students can add homework assigned in class manually using the plus symbol at the top right of your diary. Teachers can also set homework using the hashtags #HW or #Homework from Google Classroom which is imported directly into each student diary.

School Uniform
All male students are expected to wear the school uniform as set out below. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances at the discretion of the deputy headmaster. The summer uniform is to be worn in Terms 1 and 4 and the winter uniform in Terms 2 and 3.
Uniform, dress and appearance regulations
1. All boys must be clean-shaven
2. Sideburns are not to extend more than halfway between the ears and eyes in width and extend no longer than half the length of the ear
3. Hair must be kept off the ears and collar and should be of a natural colour and not have ‘product’
4. Appearance must be tidy and conform to school requirements in the opinion of housemasters and staff
5. Black belts are to be worn with trousers
6. Boys are to wear garters with long socks
7. Boys black lace-up shoes and sandals with heel straps must be word whenever the school uniform is worn
8. Tracksuit jackets may be worn between classes but not into class, the dining hall or chapel
9. Full tracksuits, where deemed necessary by a staff member, are permitted in the dining hall. They are not to be worn to class
10. High-necked and printed vests are not to be worn with any form of school dress
11. Tracksuits or house uniforms are to be worn to production rehearsals. Spectators must wear the formal uniform
12. No personal adornments or jewellery, except watches and medical alert bracelets, may be worn
13. Scarves can be worn to and from school and to and from class during Term 2 and Term 3. Scarves may be worn in classrooms at the discretion of the teacher. No scarves are to be worn in the chapel
14. Students may only wear St Paul’s issued badges
15. Academic, scholars and colours ties can only be worn if earned
16. No student may walk or lie about the grounds without a shirt
17. The regulations concerning dress and footwear are set out for specific sports and for use in the gymnasium
18. Non-regulation footwear may not be worn outside of house bounds except by rowers, on their way to and from the river, or swimmers on their way to and from the pool
19. Students who are spectators at sports events at St Paul’s on a Saturday morning are expected to be in greys, full school tracksuit or full formal school uniform
20. Jackets and regulation protective clothing may be worn within the confines of the school grounds but not inside buildings.
Formal school uniform
The formal school uniform is referred to as “Numbers” or ”Number Ones”. Students are to wear their formal school uniform on Monday and Friday during the school term and at the special occasions/events listed below. Exceptions will be granted only by the deputy headmaster.
- When travelling directly between school and home by public or private transport
- House chapel services
- House Music
- Prize-giving services
- Special school services
- House dinners
- Tihoi induction evenings
- Other occassions as outlined by the Headmaster.
Formal uniform items
- White long sleeve cotton shirt with semi stiff collar and cuffs
- School tie
- Grey long trousers
- Black blazer jacket with school logo
- Short dark socks
- Black leather belt
- Black leather lace-up shoes with black stitching
Greys
The greys uniform is to be worn Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
- Grey short sleeve aertex shirt
- Grey shorts
- Black school pullover with school logo
- Grey long school socks with garters
- Black leather lace-up shoes with black or white stitching (Year 9-12) (Terms 2 and 3)
- Black leather slip-on shoes with black or white stitching (Year 13) (Terms 2 and 3)
- Black sandals (McKinlay’s Safari) (Terms 1 and 2).
Sport uniform
The sports uniform must be worn for sport training and physical education. Sports team uniforms vary and must be worn during competition.
- House singlet, polo or rugby top
- Black sports shorts
- Swimming shorts
- Regulation tracksuit (jacket and pants) with school logo.
